Kelly Evans brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a career focused on building trusted relationships and delivering strategic talent solutions. Formerly with System1 Search and Find Great People, she developed deep expertise in the legal recruiting market throughout the Carolinas.

Today, Kelly specializes in permanent and contract placements for attorneys and legal support professionals, partnering with law firms and organizations across North and South Carolina to identify exceptional talent and build strong teams. She is known for her discretion, insight, and extensive regional network.

A South Carolina native, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science from Clemson University and remains active in her community.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their twin boys.

Kelly attends Oakland Avenue Presbyterian Church, where she volunteers in the nursery and serves on the flower committee. She also sits on the board of Ruby Slippers, benefiting Miracle Park, and supports the Spoleto Festival, Charlotte Food & Wine, and Westminster School.
